Can I just say that I get SO ANNOYED when people are all like, “Oh, look how far Darren’s come, it’s so awesome, he was a nobody and now he’s such a cool hot celebrity!” I mean, he wasn’t a nobody. He was a StarKid. That’s cool enough for everyone else! And while singing with Kermit is totally awesome, I don’t think it’s that much better than just being a geeky singer on YouTube.
Just my two cents on the matter. I still think Darren’s a cool guy, and he’s definitely successful.
